August 7th & 8th (Saturday & Sunday)- Bismarck Arts and Galleries Association -Capital A’Fair, Capitol Grounds, Bismarck- 9:00AM to 12:00PM each day- We will paint in the area in front of the State Library and Heritage Center, which is on the east side of the Capital Mall.
