The park is 7 miles south of Manadan on Hiway 1806. This is a state park so there is an entrance fee or use your park pass. Meet in Visitors Center parking lot at 5:00PM (note the change in time ie. 5:00PM to 7:30PM).

August 21^th, Cathedral District.  Plan to meet in the parking zone in front of the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit Church at 519 Raymond St, Bismarck, ND at 5:30PM.  Members will disperse to paint in the neighborhood at locations of their choice.

Plan to meet near Shelter #2 in Sertoma Park, Riverside Road, Bismarck at 5:30PM.

The paint out for Wednesday August 8^th at Ft Hancock has been changed to a different location. We will be painting at Steamboat Park instead from 5:30PM to 8:00PM. The Steamboat park is located on River Road just north of the Bismarck Water Treatment plant at 615 River Road and south of the Keelboat park and boat landing. There will be shade available. The park includes a replica (color white) of an old steamboat, flowers, a statue, walking path, and views of the river/bridges. West main street ends at the Memorial Bridge entrance. At that light go north on Fraine Barracks Road going past the entrance of Fraine Barracks onto River Road. The Water Treatment Plant will be on your right and a short distance further STEAMBOAT PARK will be on your left.

PPAA members will paint on the Capitol grounds in conjunction with the BAGA Capital A’Fair event on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Members plan to paint on the east side of the Capitol Mall, in the general area in front of the State Library and Heritage Center  from 9:00AM to 12:00 noon each day.

Members of PPAA will be painting at various downtown street locations during the evening on Thursday Aug 2^nd from 5:30PM to 8:30PM.

Paint Out-July 24^th  Tuesday, Sweet Briar Dam.Location is 21 miles west of Mandan on Interstate 94. Take exit #134 and continue north to the second right turn.  Continue to the boat ramp parking lot to meet at 6:00pm.  It is about 30 minutes from Mandan so allow sufficient time.

The Prairie Plein Air Artists have an exhibit on display at Ft Mandan State Park two miles west of Washburn, ND. The exhibit of paintings done at Ft Mandan runs from July 14th to October 15th, 2018.

Paint Out – July 17^th, Eagle Park/Double Ditch Indian Village.  The Eagle park entrance is located nine miles north of Pioneer Park on Highway 1804, (the South Central Water District building shares the park entrance).  Double Ditch is just another half mile on Hi Way 1804.  Plan to meet at the Double Ditch parking lot at 6:00PM. You can paint at either location.

The Larson’s in south Bismarck have 7 acres of Missouri River bottom land , nicely landscaped, flowers and trees abound.  Artists are welcome anytime between 9:00AM & 3:00PM.  Feel free to make a  day of it and bring a lunch! Take Washington St south, west on Burleigh Ave and south on England.
